DR MARIA BELLUMORI
Program Clinical Director Internal Affairs Committee Dr. Maria Bellumori is an Associate Professor in Kinesiology at California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB). She has been working with the Parkinson's community for 10 years, using exercise as a means to improve mobility and help manage Parkinson's related symptoms. Dr. Bellumori also involves CSUMB Kinesiology students in her work, teaching them how to lead exercises safely and effectively for people with Parkinson's. |
CINDY ZOLLER SILVER
Board President Chair, External Affairs Committee Cindy Zoller Silver retired from her position in 2019 as Executive Director of Monterey Peninsula Foundation where, for over 36 years, she held an executive level position for a majority of the Foundation’s non-profit and tournament operations. A 44-year resident of the Monterey Peninsula, she is married to Ret. Judge Richard Silver and currently serves on the boards of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Monterey and the Bishop Clinch Endowment Fund. She has volunteered for numerous non-profit organizations and has served on several non-profit boards in the local community. |
RAMIE ALLARD
Board Vice President/Secretary Chair, Internal Affairs Committee Ramie Allard is married and has a college age daughter. She enjoys gardening and the outdoors and is a landscape designer and contractor on the Monterey Peninsula. Ramie lives in Carmel Valley with her husband Martin, who rises to the challenge of Parkinson’s everyday, but is encouraged by the support and fellowship of Power Over Parkinson’s. |
CHUCK DUNBAR
External Affairs Committee Chuck Dunbar is a 25-year PGA Golf Professional who served as the Head Golf Pro at the famed Pebble Beach Golf Links from 1999 to 2015. He also has served as the General Manager at Nicklaus Club - Monterey and most recently was the Senior Vice President of Operations for GreatLIFE Golf & Fitness in Kansas City, Missouri. Chuck has recently moved back to the Monterey Peninsula from Kansas City and is excited to assist in our cause. Chuck was diagnosed with Early Onset Parkinson's in 2009. |
TIM MINOR
Chair, Governance Committee Tim Minor served as an administrative law judge for the State of California for 8 1/2 years before retiring in 2018. Prior to his work for the State, he was in private law practice in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay areas for 28 years. He has been a volunteer for many public benefit causes and has served on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations. |
KEN KONDO
Board Treasurer Internal Affairs Committee Ken Kondo worked for 35 years in executive finance positions for Fortune 500 and Start-up corporations prior to his retirement. He’s been married for 32 years and has two grown sons. In addition to POP, he serves on the Board for the non-profit, One Step Beyond, that provides programs and services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Ken’s leisure activities include playing golf as much as possible, traveling and daily exercising. |
